Kitchen Essentials
The kitchen is fully equipped with full range oven, large fridge freezer and two dishwashers. There is overflow fridge freezer in the mechanical room. There is also a large washing machine and a separate large tumble dryer in the utility room which is opposite the mechanical room.
Water in Italy is safe to drink - but the water is quite hard. The fridge freezer dispenses the most filtered drinking water.
The large Mitica coffee machine is not a friend of tap water...and so please only use bottled water to refill the machine.
Each Bedroom
Each bedroom has an en-suite and you will have towels in the vanity units beneath each sink. Each bathroom has been provided with a local soaps, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The shower and shampoo are 92% natural but please be careful if you have any skin allergies.
Casa Ariabella is a large old house - and so it does sometimes take a minute for the hot water to make its way up to your room - so please bear with it for a minute.
There is air-conditioning in each bedroom - if you have chosen this option the controllers will be put in each bedroom. These work best when your bedroom doors are shut. They work quickly and so if you could turn the air conditioning on and off when in use/not in use - that would be very helpful.
Pool and Pool Area
The pool has heating (for an extra charge) but during the months of July and August - we would not recommend it as the pool is normally very warm already.
There is a gate down the pool area which needs to remain closed if you have small children. Please also only take plastic glasses down to the pool - there are plenty in the kitchen area.

Ospedale Castiglione del Lago has an Emergency Department open 24 hours a day.

Dry Residue Waste - no paper, no organic waste and no glass
Disposable plastic dishes and cups provided that they are properly cleaned and free from organic material; Bottles for water, soft drinks, oil, juices, milk, etc; Tea bricks, bottles of detergents, soaps, various products; Tubes for creams, sauces, syrups, straws, etc.
Hard packs for plastic or polystyrene desserts, transparent boxes, rigid/flexible packs for foods in general (cold cuts, cheeses, fresh pasta, etc.); Small plastic from packaging (bottles, toilet paper packaging, etc.); Polystyrene (if large, reduce the size)
Glass is not collected - but can be recycled using the road side dome bins. If you have any glass left at the end of the week - please leave it on the island in the kitchen or place it in the green bin by the gate - and we will get it taken to the road side dome bins.
